Tvlata is an experience on education, creation and communication with
young people of the community of Alagados in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil.
The contents published in this experimental television: texts, images,
musics and films, have been produced by the adolescents and the
collaborators of the project. The use of these materials is restricted
exclusively to educative aims. This is a project developed by the Cultural Center Bagunçaço and Neokinok.tv with the
support of the  Spanish International
Cooperation Agency for Development and the Embassy of Spain in Brazil.
